1. Family Membership is defined as a married couple or single person with children under the age of 18.
  2. Family or Individual membership is $900.00 per year plus applicable sales tax ($963.00).
  3. Corporate membership is defined as a corporate entity with a valid tax I.D. One person is responsible
    for renewal payment. Call for more information.
  4. Corporate membership is $3000.00 per year plus sales tax ($3,210.00).
  5. Multi-family group membership: A combination of Individuals or Families that qualify as three
    memberships: $2,400.00 plus sales tax ($2,568.00). One person is responsible for remitting the dues,
    and all dues fall due on the same date.
  6. Special Membership: Commences October 1 and terminates February 1 of the following calendar
    year: $600.00 plus sales tax ($642.00) available to Family/Individual.
  7. Summer Membership: Commences June 1 and terminates September 1: $300.00 plus sales tax
    ($321.00) available to Family/Individual.

 

Waccasassa Fishing Club Rules:

  1. All guests must sign in and out at the main office.
  2. Members are allowed to bring guests and are entitled to the use of the fishing club property and facilities. All members must notify the property manger of the names of their guests.
  3. Guests are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a member.
  4. All members and guests enter and use this property at their own risk.
  5. Each member is limited to (four) non-member guests, unless the member is using the pavilion for a scheduled event, or approved by the manager.
  6. The member and guest indemnify and hold harmless the owners from any and all claims, losses, damages, cost, liabilities, and expenses made against or sustained by members, guests by reason of personal injury to any person, including, death or property damage, from any cause whatsoever associated and arising out of the occupation or use of any said premises, members agree to defend at his expense any such claim or demand made against the Waccasassa Fishing Club LLC.
  7. All refuse, fish, garbage, carcasses, must be taken to proper disposal sites. Littering will not be tolerated.
  8. Violation of any fish, and or wildlife laws, will be considered grounds for dismissal from the club.
  9. The landowner agents have the authority to expel any member at any time for violation of any club rules and/or regulations, or for any conduct judged not to be in the best interest of the club. Members are responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests. No refund will be made if the member is expelled for rule infraction or violation.
  10. Rental space is available on a first come first served basis.
  11. Direct supervision of all minors on the property is required. An adult must accompany minors at all times.
  12. All members must operate their boats with safety and courtesy for others.
  13. Do not block the boat ramp.
  14. No swimming at the boat ramp.
  15. Do not dump fish waste in the canal!
  16. If you use the pavilion clean up after yourself. Do not leave dirty dishes.
  17. Please notify the property manager of any facility that needs to be cleaned.
  18. Please notify the property manager of any facility that needs repair.
  19. All pets must be on a leash and may not be left outside chained or restrained or unattended.
  20. Quiet time is 11:00pm-6:30am.


PLEASE RESPECT THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND HIS REQUESTS. HIS CONCERN IS FOR THE SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT OF ALL MEMBERS.
